Be #proudbeloud! March 8th, 2019: The time had come. In reaction to the state of Berlin becoming the first in Germany to officially create a bank holiday for International Women’s Day, MyPostcard and the human rights organization, TERRE DES FEMMES- Menschenrechte für die Frau e.V., ran a cooperation aimed at celebrating and empowering women.

You guys sent tons of awesome postcards in just one month – full of compliments, heartfelt thank you’s and some other very personal messages… and in the process have shown your appreciation for all the inspiring women in your lives!

We want to take this opportunity to thank you for sending countless postcards to your loved ones: mothers, daughters, girlfriends, and colleagues. You’ve not just empowered and made someone’s day, you’ve also actively contributed to MyPostcard being able to donate postcard proceeds totalling €1,600 to the women’s rights organization, TERRE DES FEMMES.

On May 16th, 2019, we at MyPostcard excitedly got to hand over this donation to Christa Stolle and her team at TERRE DES FEMMES.

Many thanks to all participants of our #proudandloud campaign!
