Women’s right to vote is celebrating its 100-year anniversary in Germany this year. Also, Berlin – as the first state of Germany – is making the International Women’s Day on 8th March an official holiday from this year on.

The #proudandloud campaign
The #proudandloud campaign is all about solidarity and empowerment of women. Give your mother, granny or sister a compliment or tell your female friends and colleagues that you appreciate them – by sending them a postcard! Write down what you admire them for or why you are so proud of them. All earnings of the #proudandloud campaign will be donated to the TERRE DES FEMMES organization and thereby support women worldwide. In our design store, you can find all kinds of empowering designs to send to all the powerful women in your life.
The campaign starts on the 8th of March 2019 and will run for a month.

About the organization TERRE DES FEMMES
TERRE DES FEMMES is a non-profit organization for human rights, which campaigns for a self-determined, equal and free life for girls and women worldwide. TERRE DES FEMMES fights gender discrimination and violence and tries to make these topics aware in public and politics.
Their work focuses on topics like female genital mutilation, domestic and sexual violence, violence in the name of honor, trafficked women and prostitution, equality and integration.
