Zusammen mit Nazareth Housing aus New York City unterst\u00fctzte MyPostcard eine Back-To-School Grillparty, sowie ein Rucksack Giveaway f\u00fcr benachteiligte Familien.<\/h2>\n

Das Housing Stability Support Projekt (HSSP) von Nazareth Housing leistet nachhaltige F\u00fcrsorgearbeit f\u00fcr einkommensschwache Haushalte und Senioren und f\u00f6rdert den Erhalt von Wohnungen, sowie kontinuierliche Selbstversorgung f\u00fcr tausende Familien. Das Projekt veranstaltet jedes Jahr eine Back-To-School Grillparty und ein Rucksack Giveaway. Dieses Jahr unterst\u00fctzte MyPostcard die Grillparty und verteilte ehrenamtlich Essen sowie Rucks\u00e4cke an teilnehmende Kinder und Familien.<\/p>\n

Das Housing Stability Support Projekt von Nazareth Housing<\/a> bietet kontinuierliche und individuelle Betreuung und Beratung f\u00fcr ehemals obdachlose Familien. Als Teil der individuellen Betreuung von Nazareth Housing erhalten Familien eine Bedarfsanalyse, um festzustellen, welche Leistungen die Familien am dringendsten ben\u00f6tigen, um pers\u00f6nliche Barrieren zu \u00fcberwinden.<\/p>\n

Die Dienstleistungen werden von Nazareth Housing angeboten, aber sie vermitteln Familien auch an andere staatliche oder gemeinde-basierten Verb\u00e4nde, je nachdem welcher Verband sich am besten um die spezifischen Bed\u00fcrfnisse der Familien k\u00fcmmern kann.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n

\u00dcber MyPostcard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Die Postkarte von morgen: MyPostcard ist eine App, die es erm\u00f6glicht, eigene Fotos als echte gedruckte Postkarte zu versenden. Die App ist aktuell in zehn Sprachen verf\u00fcgbar und bietet mit \u00fcber 10.000 Designs das weltweit gr\u00f6\u00dfte Postkartenangebot. MyPostcard k\u00fcmmert sich um den Druck, die Frankierung und den weltweiten Versand der personalisierten Postkarten. Gr\u00fcnder und CEO ist Designer und Serial-Entrepreneur Oliver Kray.
